It goes without saying that, in the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners are paramount. As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, we want to update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers.
This morning, after considering the best information available from the CDC and city and state health departments, we asked our staff to work from home beginning tomorrow. Many of our customers have done, or are planning to do, the same. For quite some time many of our Unicorn HRO employees have been working remotely so there is no change for them. Our offices in Durham, NC, Florham Park, NJ, and Houston, TX are remaining open with the staff necessary to support our operation, most notably processing for payroll and tax filing. Legacy clients on our AS/400 and Open4 application will be supported by remote Unicorn employees.
Being a cloud-based SaaS company, you can rest assured that the performance of our iCON HRIS platform will not be impacted. As part of our business continuity planning we are equipped to maintain the high-quality sales and customer service you have come to expect from us.
